The proposed Zoo Med project is located at a 9.1 acre site at the intersection of Winterhaven Way and Willow Road in Nipomo. The project includes phased construction of two 70,000 square foot high cube warehouses to be used for storage, re-packaging, and wholesale distribution of pet products and supplies.
The facility is located in a well-landscaped light-industrial park setting. Site improvements will include new retention basins, bioswales, and other low-impact site design treatments. Off-site improvements will include utility upgrades, and road improvements along Winterhaven Way and Willow Road.
