The entire building was stripped to a bare shell, repaired and given a new roof. The new tenant improvement included a 3,325 square foot class 100 cleanroom with anterooms, manufacturing spaces, offices, breakroom, and storage areas.
Omni Design, Inc. provided full services for the project from Schematic Design through construction contract administration. Design / Build partner on the project was Specialty Construction, Inc. of San Luis Obispo.
