This design-build project involved the complete renovation of a 24,098-square-foot pre-engineered metal building.The existing structure was stripped down to its shell, repaired, and upgraded with a new roof. The tenant improvement phase included the addition of a 3,325-square-foot Class 100 cleanroom with supporting anterooms, as well as manufacturing areas, offices, a breakroom, and storage spaces.
Omni Design provided comprehensive services from Schematic Design through Construction Contract Administration. The design-build partner for this project was Specialty Construction, Inc., based in San Luis Obispo.
