As one of the fastest-growing small businesses on California’s Central Coast, Precision acquired an existing building with the vision of transforming part of it into their new headquarters. From the concept design stage, Project Manager Shane Maples worked closely with the leadership team to align the space with the company’s operational needs, staff workflows, and organizational culture.
To enhance the arrival experience, the existing lobby was opened to the floor above—flooding the space with natural light and adding a sense of openness and prominence. A range of flexible meeting and conference rooms were introduced to support collaboration and privacy for teams of all sizes. The redesign also included a new staff breakroom, custom lighting, and acoustic treatments following the removal of outdated ceilings.
Departments were thoughtfully zoned within open work areas, while phone booths were integrated for individual meetings and calls, enhancing sound privacy across the office.
The result is a dynamic, light-filled workspace that is modern, comfortable, and adaptable—perfectly suited to Precision’s evolving needs and collaborative culture.
Project Outcome: Construction is complete, and the tenant is fully operational in their new headquarters.
