SEASIDE PACKAGING WAREHOUSE DESIGN-BUILD

Santa Maria, California

Omni Design was engaged by Seaside Packaging to design a new distribution warehouse tailored to the packaging needs of the agricultural community in northern Santa Barbara County. The facility provides corrugated boxes and other essential materials to support the region’s farming operations.

Key Project Features:

Agricultural Design Vernacular
The architectural concept draws inspiration from traditional rural structures, incorporating metal siding, sloped roofs, and generous overhangs. These elements echo the aesthetics of classic barns and farmhouses, allowing the warehouse to harmonize with the surrounding landscape.

Outcome:
Now fully operational and occupied, the warehouse has become a vital asset for the local agricultural industry, delivering efficient and accessible packaging solutions. Due to the project’s success and the owner’s satisfaction, Omni Design has been commissioned to design a second phase—an additional warehouse featuring loading docks, office space, and humidity-controlled storage rooms for specialty goods.
