PASO ROBLES NEW CORPORATION YARD DESIGN-BID-BUILD

Paso Robles, California

The Paso Robles Corporation Yard Facility is designed to centralize and enhance the city’s maintenance operations. Strategically located at the intersection of Union and Ardmore Roads—next to Fire Station No. 3 and the future Public Safety Training Center—the facility will streamline services for the Utilities Department, Landscape/Facilities, and Fleet Maintenance divisions.

Key Features

  • Integrated Maintenance Operations
The facility offers ample, well-ventilated spaces for vehicle and equipment maintenance, along with locker rooms and showers to support field crews.

  • Campus-Style Layout
The project includes three distinct buildings, each with its own dedicated on-site parking, arranged in a cohesive, campus-like configuration.

  • Contextual Architecture
Designed to reflect the area’s rural character, the buildings blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood.

  • Sustainable Site Design
Native landscaping—including drought-tolerant trees and shrubs—and decorative metal fencing contribute to a functional and visually appealing site.

The project has received approval from the Planning Commission, and construction documents are currently being developed. Building permit application is scheduled for submission soon, with construction expected to begin in summer 2025.
