As one of the fastest growing small businesses on the central coast, Precision bought an existing building with the intent of converting some existing office space into their new headquarters. Starting with concept design Shane Maples, the Project Manager for this project, worked with the leadership team to understand the needs for their staff, workflows and employees. The existing lobby was opened to the floor above allow more natural light and prominence when entering, various conference and meeting spaces were developed for privacy and varying group sizes, a staff breakroom was added, ceilings removed and replaced with custom lighting and acoustic treatments. Open work areas were zoned for each department and phonebooths created for small individual meetings and calls where sound privacy would benefit the individual and larger open office staff. The result is a cutting-edge space that is modern, comfortable, full of natural light and provides users ways to customize their work environment.​​
