The Paso Robles Corporation Yard Facility is designed to centralize and enhance the city’s maintenance operations. Strategically located at the intersection of Union and Ardmore Roads—next to Fire Station No. 3 and the future Public Safety Training Center—the facility will streamline services for the Utilities Department, Landscape/Facilities, and Fleet Maintenance divisions.

The project has received approval from the Planning Commission, and construction documents are currently being developed. Building permit application is scheduled for submission soon, with construction expected to begin in summer 2026.
