Omni Design, Inc. was initially engaged for an emergency roof repair during a storm. This initial collaboration led to an on going relationship, with Omni Design providing architectural services for multiple projects at the plant, including two major expansions.​

The first project involved a 22,600 square foot addition to accommodate a new “Cabler” machine, used in the production of power-conducting cables for industrial and utility sectors. Before the completion of this project, a second expansion—totaling 37,800square feet—was commissioned. For both projects, Omni Design delivered entitlement services and worked closely with structural engineers and design-build contractors to ensure seamless project execution.​
