• Multi-Tiered Assessment: The evaluation included stakeholder interviews with station staff on equipment, operations, and maintenance needs; a physical assessment of structure, utilities, and operational flow; and development of a multi-tiered improvement plan ranging from seismic upgrades to full facility replacement.

• Improvement Options: Omni’s report presented three distinct options, minimal upgrades, moderate renovations, and a new facility, each with associated cost estimates to support long-term capital budgeting.

• Key Recommendations: Findings included advanced alerting systems for vehicle deployment safety, upgraded living spaces with modern environmental controls and durable finishes, emergency system redundancy, and dedicated decontamination zones.
