Omni Design provided topographic survey services for the rehabilitation of the Heritage Ranch Fire Station's parking and access improvements. Our approach utilized GPS, Total Station, and drone technology to ensure precise survey data across the full site.

The scope included a detailed topographic survey that identified utilities, established elevations based on NAVD 88, and provided benchmarks across the site. We mapped contours at 5-foot intervals and recorded spot elevations on a 50-foot grid, accurately locating critical features including structures, fire hydrants, and drainage systems.
