Omni Design’s architecture lead, Shane Maples, served as the Design-Build team’s Architect of Record for the San Luis Obispo County Co-Located Dispatch Facility in Templeton, California. Shane developed the award-winning design and coordinated site and building layout with Cal Fire, Sheriff project managers, and City staff. He optimized the complex electrical design for the raised floor system, future-proofing the building for emerging technologies, and coordinated with specialty electrical consultants to enable early equipment procurement and accelerate permit approvals.
Key Features
