Located on Union Road, the project is a small fire station that will be converted into a training center in the next phase. The entire Ap Bay will be built in the first phase and in a second phase, a larger fire station will be built on the other side of Ap Bay and a large training area behind the buildings.
Omni Design, Inc. provided Architectural Programming and Design Services to develop a Public Safety Master Plan on an 8.5 acre site to accommodate the City’s new Fire Station No. 3, and public safety training center. The 6,700 SF Fire Station is currently under construction.
Future improvements will include a new Paso Robles Police substation and an evidence storage building.
