The project involved the strategic placement of 200 refrigerated containers—each measuring 320 square feet (40′ x 8′ x 9.5′)—on a limestone base to provide cold storage for frozen cannabis products.
Our team validated the architectural program and developed schematic floor plans detailing square footage allocations for key operational areas, including cold storage, manufacturing, clean rooms, offices, support spaces, logistics, and internal circulation. The result was a well-organized, functional layout aligned with the client’s operational and compliance needs.
